Precis vad jag har velat läsa - en deckare i fantasymiljö. Det här är väldigt långt ifrån "American Elsewhere". Jag tycker om karaktärerna och storyn. Kommer att köpa nästa bok med. Ibland känner man på sig att en bok är bra.

Detta är en gratisbok, första i serien, jag hittade på Amazon. Jag tycker mycket om den trots att karaktärerna kunde ha haft mer kött på benen trots att de var spöken. Inget krångel med svåra ord eller så. Enkelt skriven och mycket rolig att läsa. När jag får råd kommer jag att fortsätta läsa serien.

Jag hade lite svårt att börja med boken eftersom jag brukar se Tori Teckens videor på Youtube och har en viss uppfattning om vem hon är. Jag valde till slut att lyssna på ljudboken istället för att läsa e-boken jag har på min Kindle. Jag blev positivt överraskad av hur djup och välskriven boken är. Det märks att det är upptakten till de följande böckerna som jag hoppas kommer snart. Det jag störde mig på var ljudkvaliten på ljudboken. Det märktes när den blivit redigerad för ljudet var annorlunda.

Precis som i första boken stör jag mig på att sexscenerna tar så stor plats i boken. Jag är inte intresserad a att veta hur kåta tjejerna är på varandra. Jag vill veta hur handlingen, själva grundstoryn, fortlöper. Jag har tröttnat trots att storyn var bra. Ska sälja hela trilogin på Tradera och skita i att läsa #3.

Jag kämpade verkligen med första halvan av boken. Det segade nåt otroligt och det var nära en DNF. Sen händer det plötsligt massor hela tiden och storyn tar fart. Hela min läsupplevelse gick från 0 till 100 och boken som helhet blir jättebra. Jag gillar faktiskt vad som hände karaktärerna och att allt hade en förklaring. Jag undrar om Stang skrev slutet först och sen hade svårt att få ihop en början. Vem vet. 

Städerskan // Nita Prose

Molly arbetar som städerska på det anrika Regency Hotell. Hon är exceptionell på sitt jobb, men har desto svårare i kontakten med andra människor. Mollys kära mormor har nyss gått bort, dessutom lyckades en så kallad pojkvän lura av Molly och mormor alla deras sparpengar. Så Molly mår inte speciellt bra, verkligen inte. När Molly ska städa i affärsmannen Charles Blacks svit hittar hon honom död i sängen...

Molly är en udda karaktär och boken är ur hennes perspektiv. Jag tycker att det sätter stämningen när jag läser. Det är obekvämt och lite pinsamt och det känns lite obehagligt att vara så nära henne. Boken är intressant och storyn rätt annorlunda eftersom Molly inte är någon detektiv. Trots att jag tycker om boken kommer jag nog inte att läsa fler i serien. Min nyfikenhet är stillad.
